Assistant in Nursing - Residential Age Care Resthaven Age Care Facility Pty Ltd – North Mackay QLD
We are a privately owned and operated residential age care facility located in North Mackay, Queensland .
We provide care and accommodation for 63 residents in single rooms, offering person-centred care in a supportive environment for residents, their families, and our staff.

Qualifications & Experience
Completion of Certificate III or IV or working towards this is desirable.
Experience in age care is advantageous.
Must have or have applied for a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The role involves the provision of the Activities of Daily Living, including basic clinical care and psychosocial wellbeing of the residents.
Literacy and numeracy skills required for reporting and documentation processes.
Knowledge of the Accreditation system and its responsibilities is an advantage.
Knowledge of PLST Model of Care intervention is an advantage.
Consciousness of self well-being, staff and resident well-being, practicing safe work skills.
The ability to be flexible, with good time management and task prioritization skills.
Must be available for various shifts and alternate weekends as required.
Work in a supportive team environment.
To be able to laugh and work well in a team.
Roster to suit preference of hours and days.
