Your duties will include: Providing care in accordance with residents' individualised assessed care needs.Ensuring resident care is in accordance with the resident's individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.Reporting all incidents in a timely manner to the Registered Nurse or Care Manager.Completing all activities relating to Residents Care documentation plans.Timely notification of changes in resident care to the RN in charge and/or Care Manager.Ensuring resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.The successful candidate must demonstrate the following: Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care.Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care is desirable.Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work.Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.Strong passion for working with the elderly.Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
