Our Assistant in Nursing (AIN) are highly visible and play a key role in helping us achieve this at our Wyoming facility.
Working closely with and supported by the clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner, enabling residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.
About You At Infinite Aged Care, we hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not necessary.
What is essential, however, is that you are resident/customer-centric, with the ability to "think on your feet." You should possess effective communication skills that build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.
In addition, you will also:
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).Alternatively, have completed 1st year nursing studies and associated placement.Have NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Be able to provide availability over a variety of shifts.Have a proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.Hold current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates.Have the right to work in Australia.Benefits - Why work for us?
