Location Aegis Amberley has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 111 residents in four wings.
Accommodation comprises of single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.
The different areas or wings all have lounge and dining areas and access to our courtyard areas.
About You You should ideally be an empathetic person who has: A positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our Residents to maintain their quality of life.
The ability to engage with team members, other professionals, and a wide range of people with both a high level of verbal and written communication.
The capacity to inspire trust and enjoys interacting with the elderly.
A focus on delivering excellent customer service to Residents, their families, and other external parties.
Flexibility and can be available on short notice for varied shifts across all days the week.
The role will be centred around providing a high-quality lifestyle for Residents that aligns with individual Resident choices and best practice.
You will be making a real impact on Residents' lives, by providing respectful and safe assistance with: Daily and meaningful activities.
Medication administration.
Mealtimes in line with Aegis' Excellence in Dining strategy.
You will need to have: A certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent).
Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
Flexible availability Preferably someone living South of the river Should have your own car and driving license.
