Beginning knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and the ability to seek assistance to appropriately manage patient-centre care requirements under the direction of the Registered Nurse.Supports and respects the multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively and demonstrating a commitment to achieve common goals.Ability to communicate effectively in individual and group situations.Ability to effectively prioritise and manage own time to meet expectations, with an enthusiastic, calm and flexible approach.Mandatory Requirements: Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.A Certificate III in Aged Care, Health Service Assistant or equivalent, orSuccessful completion of the first year full-time equivalent Diploma of Nursing course including all theoretical and clinical competencies, orSuccessful completion of the first year full-time equivalent undergraduate nursing course including all theoretical and clinical competencies.About West Moreton Health West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
