Charters Towers Rehabilitation Unit is a residential facility that provides extended care, rehabilitation, and dual-disability treatment for people who have long-term residual and complex mental health needs.

Highly Desirable: Applicants who meet one of the following criteria are considered highly desirable:Hold a relevant Certificate III in Aged Care, Health Service Assistant or equivalent, Successful completion of the first semester full-time equivalent Diploma of Nursing course including all theoretical and clinical competencies, Successful completion of the first year full-time equivalent undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing course including all theoretical and clinical competencies. This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis. Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
