The role entails actively participating in the planning, implementation, and assessment of nursing care in collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.
Emphasizing evidence-based practices and cultural sensitivity, the Assistant in Nursing will contribute to achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Effective communication is key, as they engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team in a person-centered manner to ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and exceptional care.
Working under the direct guidance of registered nurses and working within your Scope of Practice, you will take responsibility and accountability for clinical practice, critical reflection and your professional development.
You will be confident in escalating issues and ensuring the provision of safe, quality, patient centered care and be engaged with the responsiveness of care needs.
