What you'll be doing
This role supports the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, individualised patient care within WSLHD. The successful candidate will assist with personal care, provide technical support, and contribute to a safe, person-centred care environment.
Deliver individualised care to improve patient outcomes, under the direction of Registered Nurses/Midwives. Support patients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities as delegated by healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for each patient to ensure continuity of care. Assist with technical tasks and equipment setup for procedures, supporting the clinical team. Contribute to safety and quality improvement efforts, ensuring a safe and positive environment. How to Apply

Applicant must hold Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
