RN - The Community RN should conduct, coordinate and report to the clinical officer/coordinator pertaining to the general nursing assessment of our clients. They are also responsible for assessing and critiquing the quality of care provided by care workers, ensuring they meet the standards of Nursing Experts Services and reporting and liaising with the Clinical Coordinator. After gathering the information compiled by the assessing team of the client, the Community RN needs to ensure review and revise care plans as necessary to better suit the needs of the client. We refer and follow up on the client's needs to other Allied Health Services in collaboration with the family.
