About the Role: As an AIN in our in-home aged and disability care services, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs.
Your responsibilities will include: Household Cleaning: Assisting clients with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, including light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying.Wound Care: Following wound care plans and providing basic wound careBuilding rapport: Maintaining relationships and participating in community activities where requiredPersonalized Support: Building meaningful relationships with clients while delivering compassionate, respectful care tailored to their individual needs.Clinical management: Produce clinical case notes and reports via smart phone application to manage workAbout You:
We are looking for a caring and reliable individual who is passionate about aged care and understands the importance of dignity and respect in every interaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (or Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or a related discipline and above are accepted) and at least 2 years experience working as an AINExperience in providing in-home care services, including cleaning and wound care.Reliable and able to maintain commitments to support the communityA current First Aid and CPR Certificate.A valid Driver's License and reliable transport.A genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for older Australians.Excellent communication and time-management skills.
