You will effectively communicate with patients, their family and other members of the Healthcare team in a way that ensures the rights, confidentiality, dignity, and respects of patients are upheld.
We want to see you succeed in the role and therefore you will be provided ongoing support and training opportunities and will be mentored by senior members of the team.
Who we're looking for: You'll be undertaking a Bachelor of Nursing OR Bachelor of Midwifery and have completed at least 12 months of study.You'll have demonstrated elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.You'll have strong time management skills and work well in a fast paced environment.You'll be an exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) with demonstrated experience professionally communicating with patients, their families and colleagues.You'll have the flexibility to work a rotating roster and cover sick leave and annual leaveYou'll have full Australian working rightsAbout Us Adventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
