Reporting to the Director, you'll play a key role in delivering timely, high-quality HR advice and consultancy to a designated site.
Your contributions will encompass a wide range of operational HR procedures, ensuring that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently.In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with Human Resource Consultants to tackle a variety of HR challenges, support exciting project work, and help maintain effective work practices.
You will assist in areas such as recruitment and selection, classification management, industrial relations, training and development, HR governance and compliance, organizational development, workplace health and safety, and employee redeployment.As an Assistant HR Consultant, you'll be a problem solver, identifying and researching issues while referring more complex matters to senior HR colleagues.
Your ability to build strong relationships with managers and staff will be crucial, as you promote and model HR best practices throughout the department.
