Assistant Housekeeping Manager

To assist in the management of relationships, quality and OHS at a hotel level and in the absence of the manager to control the department.Meeting the hotel service standards and customer service guidelines.
Tasks include:
Motivate and engage with all team members.Coordinate on-site training and onboarding.Inspect completed work.Report all incidents and hazards as they occur.Foster strong relationships with the hotel.
