As well as:Support the Executive Housekeeper in the coordination of all housekeeping activities to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery for our guests.Manage a large team of dedicated employees; complete office tasks including recruitment, training and development, financial management, as well as conducting quality assurance checks.Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and policies are strictly adhered to.About youYou'll bring the following:Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5-star hotel.Strong attention to detail with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety and employee safety and wellbeing.Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.Additional InformationTo be successful, you must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol.This role requires full-time Australian working rights.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
