With an ongoing commitment to best practice by ensuring better outcomes for Young People and employees, Mackillop will be implementing a new model in all residential homes in Victoria.Working alongside the House Supervisor, this position will oversee the daily care of Young People and will take the lead when the House Supervisor is not rostered on.
This house is located in Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo this position is a full time fixed term position 38 hours until January 2025 with the possibility of extension or early cessation.
Assisting to influence a best practice approach to care, you will continue to provide strong leadership by creating a supportive approach to team culture by ensuring that the level of care is never compromised.
As an assistant you will be well supported by your House Supervisor while being given every opportunity to develop and grow into the role making it your own and honing your leadership skills. You know what a good leader looks like, now is your chance to work more closely with your manager and influence to make change.
You will be required to work one Saturday and Sunday in a fortnight and on public holidays as directed
