Assistant House Manager- Private Estates – Gold Coast Apply NowAre you a junior / mid-level stewardess interested in being trained as a House Manager?Position SnapshotWorking Across 3 X Gold Coast locationsGet trained / shadow a very experienced house managerBe involved with high profile eventsEarly/Mid November startAn amazing opportunity has become available for a hospitality professional based on the Gold Coast to be trained up as an assistant house manager (AHM).Working across 3 X locations (Gold Coast Hinterland, Surfers Paradise & Miami Beach), the role will be largely housekeeping focused but with the kicker of being trained to take on house manager duties.There is a lot of development within this family, and there will be opportunities to step up in the future within the owner's portfolio, also relieving the House Manager in their absence.As travel between locations is required, the AHM must have their own vehicle, but travel expenses / fuel will be paid by owners.The AHM will need a keen eye for detail, have experience with maintaining interiors of residences or superyachts, but also be interested in being involved with the coordinating of high-end events.The role will largely be Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, but with flexibility to work some weekends if events are scheduled.The Ideal CandidateGold Coast based with own accommodationYacht, residence or strong hospitality backgroundCan take on out of the box tasksInterested in being trained up in service / event managementOwn transport & LicenseInterested in a long term commitmentWorking rights for AustraliaStart: 4-6 weeksSalary: $35-$40 AUD / hour, full-time hours DOE
