The Assistant House Dean position has been created in correlation to the expansion of the College and will work closely with the House Dean to actively promote the wellbeing, formation and pathways of students in their respective House. The position will commence in Term 1, 2025.
Selection Criteria: Experienced teacher with demonstrated educational and personal skills as evidence of leadership in a diverse context.Proactive and reactive leadership skills, ability to contribute to the strategic Wellbeing vision of the College.Empathetic communication and interpersonal skills.Able to build strong relationships with students and stakeholders.Initiate and implement proactive programs in a context of trauma informed practice.All applicants will be subject to EREA and legislative screening procedures.
