Monday to Friday role Fantastic company with supportive culture Negotiable remuneration Our Client, a prominent player in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join their team.
In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient accounting activities, over their multiple Melbourne dealerships.
Responsibilities: Work with multiple Financial Controllers and gain an understanding of their individual systems and processes.
Undertake Financial Controller duties during times of annual leave.
Move from site to site as required during times of demand and to cover extended staff leave.
Generate group reports and consolidate data found in multiple dms platforms.
Standardise administration practices to streamline processes and generate efficiencies.
Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting within the automotive industry.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
Proficiency in using automotive dealership management systems and software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service.
