With the support of a Clinical team, you will provide care and support to our 160 older people living with Warrigal Goulburn.
Using your clinical skills and experience you will be responsible for effectively leading and managing clinical, wellbeing and lifestyle staff of the residential community.
Achieving the operational targets and care deliverable across clinical, financial, compliance, resident service, resident lifestyle & wellbeing, and workplace culture.

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and commitment to maintaining professional development requirements for ongoing registration Demonstrated leadership, operational and clinical management of a residential care home leading innovative resident lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives Extensive nursing experience at a senior level including responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversight Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, blending clinical care with resident lifestyle and wellbeing Advanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including facilitation of sensitive conversations with staff, residents and family members.
Demonstrated knowledge of change management, quality improvement, customer service principles and staff education principles Demonstrated experience in ensuring appropriate systems and processes are in place to assess residents and maximise revenue Demonstrated experience in quality management, accreditation and systems compliance, preferably in a leadership role What our people love about working here One team, united in our purpose : We support older people to have great lives.
