Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of restaurants, cafeteria, and other Food/Bev restaurants for the Devil's Head Resort.
Responsibilities include managing staff with a focus on Front of the House to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
Perform the following tasks, including, but not limited to:
Hire, train, and oversee front of the house F & B employeesInspect and keep clean all dining roomsEnsure that employees comply with health and food safety standardsAddress complaints regarding food quality or serviceSchedule (online) staff hours and assign dutiesManage employee timeclock punch recordsEstablish standards for personnel performance and customer serviceJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
