As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager you will bring this philosophy to life crafting seamless service experiences in a warm relaxed yet stylish environment.
You will work closely with our restaurant team to nurture their growth creating a fun and energetic atmosphere where they thrive alongside you.
Your passion for food wine and guest service will shine through as you help lead the restaurant and bar operations ensuring the highest standard of service for our guests while also focusing on developing your team's talents.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar room service and minibar ensuring smooth service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
• Act as a key leader in delivering exceptional service for events held at the restaurant and property working to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to finalize rosters ensuring optimal staffing levels for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner service as well as any property-based events.
• Maintain and develop the wine list sharing your passion and knowledge with guests while managing its cost-effectiveness.
• Support the development of the restaurant team providing training and guidance to ensure consistency in service standards and team engagement.
• Be an active presence on the floor the face of Lindenderry's dining experience ensuring guest interactions are both engaging and seamless.

What We are looking for:  • A natural leader with experience in restaurant operations ideally within the luxury segment.
• A genuine passion for food and wine with the ability to showcase local flavors and wines to our guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both guests and your team.
• RSA certification along with sound knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations.
• A commitment to delivering impeccable guest service and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time priorities and multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.
