Requirements
The Role
Manage all internal financial reporting responsibilities of multiple entities including monthly management accounts. Maintain oversight of all accounting matters ensuring strong organisational discipline and controls over the general ledger and other accounting records are being monitored and maintained effectively; Statutory reporting for all businesses including but not limited ABS, BAS, IAS, FBT, annual financial statements, tax returns, payroll tax etc. Attend to all tax compliance responsibilities of the businesses as well as working with external advisors on tax planning processes and opportunities; Management of the AP and AR functions Delivery of end to end payroll services ensuring compliance and are consistent with contracts, salary bands and/or award Management and analysis of insurances Property management reporting and analysis Champion process and procedure improvements across AP, AR, payroll and tax functions Rollout business initiatives/strategies from finance function
