As we are growing, we are keen to recruit result-oriented, dynamic, and driven Assistant Financial Accountant to join our finance team in a full-time permanent position. We are looking for a suitable candidate who is keen to learn and is passionate about accounts. You will ideally have some previous accounting experience, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. This is a pivotal role, working closely with the Finance Manager and contributing overall to manage finance, accounts, and payroll-related tasks.
Working closely as part of a dynamic team, duties will include, but are not limited to: Processing weekly trading reconciliation for AU & NZ branchesAccurately processing invoices and payments, ensuring timely completionAccurately processing payroll for AU & NZ, in conjunction with timesheet management platformCommunicating effectively with suppliers and contractors, handling queries in a timely mannerProcessing cash order paymentsAssisting with company credit card reconciliationAnswering internal and external general queriesAssisting the Finance Manager as requiredYou could be the best match for the role if: You have valid working rights to work in Australia2+ years of experience providing office administration & accounting skillsPursuing CPA/CA is an advantageRelevant tertiary educationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamSkilled in MS Excel and WordGreat attention to detailSelf-motivated with initiative to solve problemsWhat can you expect from us?
