What this opportunity involves:
The Assistant Finance Manager will deliver a high standard of financial control, performance management reporting, business planning, and analysis to the organisation and its stakeholders. You will proactively identify opportunities for business & process improvement and act as a key member of the PAM Corporate Finance team.
A snapshot of your role: Weekly debtors managementPreparation, distribution of corporate debtors and follow-up on overdue accountsProvide commentary and snapshot for management meetingsMonth-end reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reportingP&L management, and assist in queries/reconciliations on income and expenses accountsEnsuring monthly fee invoices are raised for all business unitsPreparation and approvals of monthly journalsOversee AP, AR, expenses, month-end related queriesProvision of accounting support to key internal stakeholdersManagement and administration of all financial transactions associated with your portfolioWhat we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalentAchievement of or near completion of professional qualifications (CA or CPA) will be highly regarded5+ years of experience in management accountingDemonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverablesHighly organized with demonstrated ability to prioritize tight deadlines and conflicting prioritiesSound communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadersExperience in the Property industry with real estate accounting system (MRI) and Peoplesoft will be highly regarded, but not essentialWhat you can expect from us: At JLL, we value your health and wellbeing which is why we are excited to announce a whole raft of new benefits through our WHEREFIT partnership!
