Assistant Facility Manager

The role As the Assistant Facility Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Facility Manager to ensure the facility is operating in line with the required standards of governance, that residents are receiving a consistently excellent level of person-centred care and customer service and work alongside staff in meeting residents needs and goals.
As a leader, you are also responsible for role modelling Hardi Aged Care's values and to promote ongoing professional standards that fosters and creates a high performing, highly engaged team. This includes creating a positive and professional work environment for residents, families, employees, doctors, and allied health professionals.
We are looking for an Assistant Facility Manager that is:
highly motivated excellent technical skills in patient management systems, excellent critical thinking skills with ability to be proactive to in managing challenging situation Ability to be calm and collective in managing stressful situations Have excellent organisational skills About you AHPRA Registered Nurse Must have at least 2-3 years as a Care Manager and are ready to take that next step in your career. An understanding of a leadership role Fostering a work environment that promotes a safe and fun working place. Have in-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards is essential.
