Assistant Facilities Manager - Shopping Centre

About the role:The Assistant Facilities Manager will support the Facilities Manager & Senior Facilities Manager in managing the overall operations, maintenance and smooth running of a shopping centre based in Brisbane West.
Duties:You will assist with all aspects of hard and soft services, contractor induction and management, OH&S, preventative, and reactive maintenance, and have exposure to OPEX and CAPEX budget management.
You will deliver small projects, assist tenancy coordination, and provide overall operational support.
