What this opportunity involves: The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for hard services, Mechanical & Electrical management for Sydney and Melbourne sites. The role will assume overall responsibility for site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, and helpdesk.
A snapshot of the role: Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.Responsible for managing hard services across the Sydney and Melbourne offices.Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment.Complete monthly accruals and forecasts in line with finance budgeting requirements.Raise and action Workplace tickets assigned through the internal ticketing system.Achieve KPI's to ensure workplace tickets are completed on-time in the ticketing system.Issue work orders and POs to vendors through the JLL Corrigo platform and client internal platform.A quarterly visit to Melbourne may be required in this position.Sound like you?
