Term : Ongoing ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - PERMANENT PART TIME ST MARY'S CATHEDRAL (PERTH) St Mary's Cathedral Perth has a vacancy for a permanent part time Administration Assistant, 1 day per week (or 2 half days): total 7.5 hours. This person will work under the supervision of the Director of Music to carry out routine clerical and administrative tasks which will assist with the smooth running of the office. A high level of confidentiality is required, together with good communication and organisational skills, and a demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite. This position requires computer skills for the preparation of documents, use of Calendar in Outlook and filing. An ability to follow instructions and procedures as well as a positive and flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team will be required. An understanding of Cathedral parish life and the Catholic ethos would be an advantage. Applications close by Monday, 27 May 2024.
