Silk Hospitality personnel must operate with the utmost integrity, have an innate appreciation for quality and possess the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and co-ordinate all housekeeping functionsLead, train and develop the teamEnsure efficient cleaning of designated areasConduct daily guest room inspectionsIdeally experienced working with OperaProvide clear communication to other hotel departmentsAttend to guest inquiriesEnsure Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followedConsistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.Exceptional communication skills and computer skillsGenerate various operational reports for the coordination of the Housekeeping department.Handle telephone calls and ensure all messages, information, and requests are logged, communicated promptly and accurately to provide prompt delivery of excellent service for both internal and external guests.Maintain effective record and filing systems.Process requests and delegate work assignments in a timely manner while adhering to the Hotel's brand standards.Responsible for communicating all operational concerns to the leadership team.What can WE offer YOU?At Silk Hospitality we value all our people and genuinely believe they are the cornerstone of our ongoing growth and success.
