Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are currently looking for an experienced and professional Assistant Events Operations Coordinator to join the team. You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests. Key Responsibilities Include:
Ensure the seamless execution of our events. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquets/events, from planning, catering services and coordination to execution and customer satisfaction. This position is primarily Banquets operations focused with some further assistance to be provided to Food and Beverage department. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and dedication to exceptional service will be key in delivering unforgettable experiences for our clients. Qualifications Must have minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position in Banquets or conferencing. Must have strong attention to detail and leadership skills. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively. Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
