Responsibilities: Prepare, present and deliver tendersPrepare and develop accurate cost estimates, including cost escalation analysisCompile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantitiesSupport the preparation and development of construction methodologies, programs, and submission documentationDevelop estimates from first principles using site productivity ratesConstruction of tender programsIdentify the need for additional information or clarification through RFIs to ensure complete tender documentsReview designs and engineering specifications for cost effectivenessReview and validate subcontractor pricing across all service disciplinesDeliver detailed tenders with traceability and provide support for pre-contracts and deliveryCoordinate team activities and conduct tender cost estimate review meetingsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain positive relationshipsAbout You: Your ability to be adaptable and proactive will see that you succeed in this role.
