Assistant Educator

We are seeking applications for an experienced educator to work alongside, inspire and support our current team members.

Interpersonal and communication skillsHigh energy levelsGreat sense of humorDedicated and passionate about children's developmentHave knowledge and understanding of EYLF and NQSMinimum of a  completed Diploma in Children's Services.Current First Aid and CPR certificateChild protectionCurrent Blue CardThe team at Creative Minds ELC will support you in your role as we continue to strive to excel and exceed all expectations.  You will work alongside a dedicated Centre Director, 2IC and Educational Leader who are supportive, passionate and committed to all the families at Creative Minds. The role offers a choice of either 4 or 5 days per week,  working a varied roster with a mix of mid range and open and close shifts. We support Work/Life/Family balance within our service, with above award conditions and pay rate.
