Assistant / Duty Manager | The Wattle Hotel Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.
This role may be available to begin in a casual capacity for the successful candidate, should it be beneficial for both parties.

The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take charge of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a variety of internal teams that may consist of bar, bistro, gaming & retail staff, as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.
