Assistant / Duty Manager | Shamrock Hotel Mackay Redcape Hotel Group is seeking a passionate, committed hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at Shamrock Hotel Mackay as one of our Assistant Managers. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take charge of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences. Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation. Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive. Possess flexible availability across 7 days to fulfil a variety of rotating shifts, that vary from opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in line with our Hotel's operating hours. RSA / RSG are required (Or willingness to obtain). RMLV and Approved Manager license preferred but not mandatory.
