About our team The Immigration Capital Program Section (ICP) is one of the primary interfaces for the Immigration Group with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Major Capability Division (MCD). The section is responsible for delivery of the Visa, Citizenship and Settlement Systems Program (VCaSS).
Key Responsibilities Knowledge, understanding and experience in project management methodologyDemonstrated experience managing and delivering medium to large projectsUnderstanding of ICT release and delivery lifecyclesHighly developed relationship management skillsStrong understanding of budget, risk, issues and benefits management.Assistant Director Pipeline Team Lead Role: Knowledge, understanding and experience in business analysis, hybrid and agile delivery methodologiesDemonstrated experience managing teams in medium to large complex government or digital environmentsSound analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team through change, resistance, and ambiguity.Duties and Responsibilities Managing end to end critical project objectives and deliverablesInterpreting technical concepts into solutions for project efficiency and improvementActively maintain internal and external stakeholder relationshipsManage the resources and workflow of a project team to achieve desired project objectivesRepresent the interests of the work area and risk management activities.Assistant Director Pipeline Team Lead Role: Provide business analysis and technical expertise to support business outcomesLead and manage a team and resources to deliver quality servicesReview and implement continuous improvement on workflow and service deliveryManage key stakeholder relationships.Additional Information It is anticipated this process will fill two immediate vacancies.
