Liaise with union and staff representatives to resolve issues and supporting business areas in managing industrial risk.Employee Relations – provide advice on complex individual people matters, grievance resolution, workplace dynamics and competitive remuneration for individuals with specialised skills.Conduct Standards –investigate suspected breaches of the APS Code of Conduct in accordance with the Public Service Act 1999.Respect – provide specialist human centered support, advice and conflict resolution approaches to employees who experience inappropriate workplace behaviour or, Family and Domestic Violence, providing a swift, empathetic and effective response to employees and appropriate support from their managers.HR Policy – ensure HR policies and delegations reflect current and future workforce needs, through simple, effective and accessible guidance to stakeholders.We are looking for experienced individuals who can help managers lead our staff through significant change to deliver better customer service.These roles exercise a considerable degree of independence and influence, under general guidance from the Director and National Manager. You will manage detailed projects and maintain relationships, applying contemporary approaches to workplace relations and building on your experience within a large organisation.We are responsible for the development of service delivery policy and provide access to social, health and other payments and services.On 26 October 2004, we were created as part of the Finance and Administration portfolio.
