Within DCDD's Corporate Services, Workforce Development partners with client agencies to create and implement enterprise workforce development solutions and services, across the full range of workforce disciplines and strategic priorities.As the Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy your primary objective is leading a high performing team to effectively drive the delivery of enterprise workforce planning services supporting agency progression of outcomes, aligned to NT Public Sector (NTPS) strategic workforce objectives.
In this role, you will apply your extensive strategic leadership and workforce planning knowledge to support a large and complex client base.
You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to continuously improve workforce planning services and supports through the development of enterprise-wide workforce initiatives and projects, and use your exceptional collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills to provide client service and support to agency executives while facilitating the development and implementation of high-level strategic workforce plans.To meet the challenges of this role, you require extensive critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and business intelligence to inform direction and provide strategic advice.
