Our Federal Government client is seeking an Assistant Director - Workforce IAM for providing strategic direction, oversight, and governance for workforce identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.

The requirements
Leadership experience, particularly in identity and access management or similar fields.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Track record of leading cross-functional teams and steering large-scale initiatives to successful completion.Proficiency in regulatory requirements and industry standards concerning IAM and identity governance.Capacity to analyze intricate issues, devise solutions, and make informed decisions to advance IAM strategy.
