Details: The Assistant Director, Training Development and Delivery (TDD), is responsible for providing technical support for physical learning resources, focusing on the prehospital healthcare environment.Working with the ACTAS Education Team, the Assistant Director, TDD will provide assistance in setting up and refurbishing training facilities and scene scenarios both indoor and outdoor.
You will have responsibility for fault diagnosis and first-line maintenance of complex hi-fidelity equipment including human patient simulators, part task trainers, simulated monitors, and immersive learning environments.The Assistant Director, TDD will be a highly motivated and organised self-starter with the ability to anticipate and respond efficiently to business needs, adhere to tight timeframes, demonstrate initiative and sound judgement, and always display integrity and professionalism.
You will work collaboratively across the Service, Agency and, at times, the Directorate.
