The ideal candidate will have drive and initiative and bring a combination of strong business development expertise and dedication to process improvement to elevate the directorate's pathways and offerings for Secondary Schools.
Key Responsibilities include: Build and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships to promote and expand VETRO pathways, ensuring strategic alignment with the directorate's mission and goalsDrive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes across the VET pathways lifecycle, focussing on application, onboarding, enrolment, and academic progressBecome an integral conduit for assisting with and resolving complex issues in service delivery, providing strategic insights and support for continuous service improvementIdentify and implement new opportunities within the VETRO frameworkIdeally you will have: Proven experience with business development and stakeholder engagementSolid background in operational and strategic process improvement, with a focus on delivering streamlined, high-quality servicesDemonstrated ability to handle complex information and provide high-level, strategic recommendations to stakeholdersOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for teamwork, negotiation and report writingA proactive and autonomous work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive positive change in service deliveryKnowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and familiarity with relevant quality standards and policy frameworksHow to Apply: Please select "Apply Now" above.
