Assistant Director Service Delivery National Redress Scheme (Identified)Full timeThe Department of Social Services is looking to fill a number of Executive Level leadership positions within the Service Delivery branch to support the administration of the National Redress Scheme for Survivors of Institutional Child Sexual Abuse (the Scheme).This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career by being part of a dedicated and professional team contributing to outcomes for survivors. Assistant Directors within Service Delivery focus on leading teams responsible for end-to-end application progression. Roles within Service Delivery have direct interaction with sensitive content and applicants to the Scheme.You will be required to work closely with your colleagues across the Branch and broader Redress Group in order to contribute to the overall goals of the National Redress Scheme. Leadership, problem solving, customer service, collaboration and organisational skills and personal resilience are all critical to success in the role.This is a bulk recruitment round with the purpose of establishing a merit pool for future vacancies. Please note, if located outside of Canberra, occasional travel to Canberra may be required.
