If so, you might be the person we are looking for to be the EL 1 Assistant Director Security within the Nuclear-Powered Submarine Regulatory Design (NPSRD) team.
As the EL 1 Assistant Director Security, you will be responsible for creating and fostering a strong security culture and security practices.
You will be required to develop, implement and maintain a security framework, security documentation, procedures and requirements for the NPSRD and future ANNPSR in areas of information, physical, cyber and operational security.
As the EL1 Assistant Director Security, you will develop and deliver security education training and awareness to your colleagues.
You will also be required to develop collaborative working relationships with external stakeholders and have the ability to advise senior executive on security matters.
Additional Role Information As a result of the unique workplace context, candidates may be required to undertake additional security related checks.
Whilst this position has been advertised through Department of Defence, in line with the announcement made by the Australian Government on 14 Mar 23, this position will move to a new Statutory Agency with an effective yet to be confirmed.
