Assistant Director, Salary Packaging, Customer Services
Full-time PermanentDetails: The Salary Packaging Team is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic, people-focused, detail-oriented Assistant Director to lead its busy Customer Services Team.
The successful applicant must be customer-focused and committed to exceeding our clients' expectations.
You will also need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and be comfortable juggling vying priorities to ensure that tight deadlines are met.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience administering salary packaging benefits within the public sector environment, along with a well-developed knowledge of the software and systems that support the Salary Packaging Team's administrative services.
It will also be advantageous if you can demonstrate an understanding of the Fringe Benefit and Goods and Services Tax Legislation that underpins our services.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate your commitment to high-quality customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and high-quality advice and information to a variety of internal and external stakeholders, so it is essential that you can demonstrate your excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
