Assistant Director, Programs | Full-Time Temporary

Details: The Community Services Directorate's (CSD) Inclusion Division is seeking applications from high performing candidates to fill the position of Assistant Director, Multicultural ACT.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team environment where priorities are often shifting, and no two days are the same.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Director who has proven skills in the development of policy and program advice and management, preparation of high level Ministerial briefings and correspondence, staff supervision, strong analytical and communication skills and an ability to work to tight time frames.
Multicultural ACT works to support the Minister for Multicultural Affairs in community engagement, in the Assembly and National forums, supporting community groups through grants and celebrations, opening pathways for culturally and linguistically diverse Canberrans through a range of programs including citizenship ceremonies and workforce development programs, and the provision of proactive, strategic advice to government.
