The ACT has signed up to the Preschool Outcomes Measure (POM) trial under the national Preschool Reform Agreement.
The Early Childhood Policy team is looking for a motivated, conscientious high performer with skills and experience in policy and program implementation and stakeholder engagement to manage the ACT's participation in the POM trial.
The successful person will join us immediately for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
To be successful in this role you must be able to work cooperatively with others as well as individually with minimal supervision, in a fast paced and at times, pressured environment.
You will be effective working in a very collaborative team, and in a fast paced and at times high-pressured environment.
You will have expertise in developing and managing short and long-term projects, excellent written and organisational skills, managing calendars and timeframes, and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with a range of stakeholders.
A strong understanding of and experience in the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector would be an advantage.
