Assistant Director, Outreach
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: Libraries ACT is on the lookout for a community outreach professional who has great leadership qualities and a passion for delivering strategic and targeted outreach programs to the ACT community.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic community outreach specialist who can develop and deliver Libraries ACT's services, programs, and resources for our diverse community.
You will need to be passionate, dedicated and innovative in the work that you do.
As the Assistant Director, Outreach you will:
Motivate and lead the Outreach team in the development and implementation of enriching and creative programs to support the ACT community.Build relationships with community organisations and groups to deliver positive outcomes for Libraries ACT and the ACT community.Manage the Libraries ACT Adult Literacy Program and Volunteer Program.Our staff are dedicated and passionate about the jobs they do.

The Library ACT Executive and Senior Leaders are focused on supporting access to professional development, broader opportunities across the Directorate and are champions for a healthy work/life balance.
