The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing program development and delivery and/or policy development, preparing documents to support ACT Government briefing, reporting and budget processes, and supporting high-level decision making.The role requires highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes overseeing the delivery of, and occasionally delivering, programs and events.This role includes staff supervision and involves working in and managing staff in a hybrid working arrangement, overseeing and delivering programs and events in person.CSD is an inclusive employer where all people are respected and valued for their contribution.
