The hotel offers more than 3,700 square metres of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 21 additional meeting rooms.
We are looking for a highly motivated solutions-oriented self-starter with exceptional leadership skills, who can inspire the very best customer care and service execution within a team of professionals at Hyatt Regency Sydney. Supporting the Director of Rooms, you will assist and oversee the entire Rooms Division, including Front Office, Group Operations, Housekeeping, Bell Desk, Regency Club Lounge and Concierge.
Ensure that each department is delivering a personalised experience for guests in accordance with the brand experience.Work closely with department managers to ensure an efficient operation.Monitor and actively influence cost management and revenue generation for each department.Develop and mentor department managers.Actively engage with Colleagues throughout the division.Our ideal candidate must possess: Previous experience in a large 5 star hotel.Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.Previous experience leading and developing a large team.Proven ability to improve and maintain Guest Satisfaction Score.Experience managing Hygiene Certification requirements.Have at least Diploma of Hospitality Management or relevant.Proven ability to respond to emergency and crisis situations.Sponsorship
