The Clinical Improvement Unit are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their team. The ADON provides contemporary strategic, operational and professional nursing leadership and management for the CIU within an expansive and/or complex environment. In collaboration with the Director of Nursing (DON), the role provides the coordination and responsibility for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision.
About the Role:
This role reports professionally and operationally to the DON, CIU MSH.This position has operational responsibility of CIU team members and various multidisciplinary project team members across MSH.This role leads cross-disciplinary teams/ portfolios including project and clinical design across Metro South.This position is responsible for project/s budget integrity, collaborating with accountable position/s to ensure robust budgetary compliance and efficiencies.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
