Assistant Director of Nursing - Child & Family Health, Queensland Health We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead and shape Child and Family Health services across Darling Downs Health.
You will work with managers to implement initiatives from the Putting Queensland Kids First Strategy, advocate for services, and drive improvements in equitable, integrated healthcare.

What your day will look like....
As the Assistant Director of Nursing for Child and Family Health, your day will involve providing strategic leadership and operational management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, culturally competent services.
You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative models of care, lead initiatives that promote safety and quality, and support workforce development through mentoring and professional guidance.
Additionally, you'll engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and advocate for child and family health at local and state levels.
